For our global HQ in the Copenhagen area, we are hiring a Digital Website Program Manager to be part of the global Commercial Operations Team. The successful candidate will:


  • Be responsible for the development of our 150 Sitecore multi-branded public websites (B2B and B2C) with multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a clear understanding of the customer and business requirements to define features together with the Product Owner and provide guidance for prioritization
  • Have a strong focus on lead generation
  • Ensure a seamless customer and consumer experience by integrating and connecting currently independent systems and tools
  • Own the program vision, backlog and ROI
  • Align projects and development with other digital products
  • Work in SAFe methodology to define features, PI’s and releases
  • Represent the business towards IT and closely collaborate with our external partners, Product Owner, IT, Digital Marketing and CRM Teams to ensure solutions are delivered in a timely manner  




  • Degree from Business Management / Information Technology or similar
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant (Business/IT) project management experience, ideally in an international environment, working on global customer-facing website projects
  • In-depth knowledge of working with Sitecore will be crucial
  • Strong knowledge of lean-agile product development methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey a complex set of information in an easy and digestible fashion
  • Extensive experience in working with leading digital agencies (either as an employee or as customer)
  • Capability to manage multiple stakeholders such as external vendors, IT and business teams to achieve project objectives within agreed timeline, budget and resources
  • Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to identify business process improvement opportunities
