WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry, by bringing innovation and best quality in our products. With our growth ambition and our desire to support accelerating sales with data and insights, we are looking for a Senior Analyst, CRM to join our Commercial Data & Analytics team to further strengthen the team as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted adviser to Sales Leadership on Einstein and Salesforce analytics.

  • Act as product owner and SME for Einstein Analytics and drive roll-out to key markets
  • Ensure user adoption in local Sales, Customer Service and relevant regional and global functions
  • Build appealing dashboards that will be used by salespeople to support their storytelling and engaging customers
  • Analyze the data and bring insights to the organization where to improve the customer experience and accelerate sales performance and efficiency
  • Create, configure and document changes to Einstein dashboards with full responsibility for the quality and maintenance
  • Drive synergies with the rest of the Analytics team to integrate and secure consistency in KPI tracking and reporting
  • Work with IT and the supplier on integrations, tool upgrades, enhancements as well as resolving issues within the Einstein platform
  • Closely collaborate with Global IT, CRM and Commercial Excellence teams to find and implement data-driven solutions that achieve exceptional outcomes for our company and our customers


The successful candidate will be an experienced executive with international expertise in influencing teams and driving organizational change.


  • Proven experience in analyzing sales data and provide data driven insights
  • Working closely with commercial and sales teams to understand B2B sales processes and the world of a sales rep
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Salesforce, Einstein Analytics, Power BI and with integration of various data sources
  • Proven proficiency in building dashboards and data story telling, presenting insights to various stakeholder groups, sales leaders, sales reps, customer service, management
  • Experience with CRM in Sales, Customer Service and Marketing (Marketing Automation)
  • Experience in SAQL and JSON for creating complex dashboard requirements
  • Ability to identify business process improvement opportunities
  • Project management and experience with cross-functional projects
  • Experience with integrating data from various tools and sources linked to CRM (event tool, sales enablement tool) is an advantage
