Overview

In your new role, you will be responsible for gathering process change requirements, in the EU region,  that evolved out of strategic changes, continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. smart lean), regulatory needs; formed cross-function teams for each of the changes requested &  lead the impact analysis to derive and implement solutions to address the changes.

PGO Manager will guide/support the Operation management teams in the region to define operation KPIs that are effective to reflect the performance level, and fully aligned to the global KPIs whenever applicable.

Responsible to provide day-to-day support to process clarification/inquiries, process training, and  escalate process gaps identified to the global process governance team.

 

What will you do:


Global Template Rollout

Responsible to plan and rollout Global template across the entire EU Region that includes implement new global processes to support new business operation:

  • Upgrades to existing processes,
  • Identify stakeholders & develop communication plan needed to support process changes Develop training strategies, and change management strategies to implement the process Perform risk./impact analysis prior to implementing changes to the operation and derive mitigation options to review with.

 

Continuous improvements / Business Changes Responsible for addressing to  process improvement request from EMC, EDC, and Sales Companies in the EU region in relation, which involved the following activities:

  • Maintain a log of process improvement request in the PGO SCM-tracker,
  • Conduct fact-finding workshops to document the detail requirements,
  • Collaborate with other Global PGO and/or Sales PGO, Finance PGO to develop processes options to address process change request,
  • Participate in Kaizen workshops,
  • Drive or support business case development.

 

IT systems global upgrade Infor ERP / MES

  • Active participation in workshops with IT to develop the rollout strategy for major ERP upgrade plan for the next few years,
  • Identify process changes that are brought about by the InforLN 10.7 upgrade,
  • Responsible for the UAT test involving development of test scripts, identify and collaborate with key users to perform the test. resolve issues,
  • Lead  PGO role for all EY InforLN 10.7 rollout.
  • Responsible to provide day-to-day support to process clarification/inquiries, process trainings, and  escalate process gaps identified to the global process governance team,
  • Provide process trainings to the operation in the EU region in SCM business process areas such as purchasing, warehousing, PPS fulfillment, custom manufacturing process, repair the process.

 

Regional Process Governance Support

  • Responsible to provide day-to-day support to process clarification/inquiries, process trainings, and  escalate process gaps identified to the global process governance team,
  • Provide process trainings to the operation in the EU region in SCM business process areas such as purchasing, warehousing, PPS fulfillment, custom manufacturing process, repair the process.



Requirements:

  • 3 or more years of experience in industrial process improvement using various methodology such as SCOR, APICS, LEAN, six-Sigma.
  • 5 years of  working in medium to large scale improvement projects
  • 5  years of related experiences in the manufacturing supply chain industry working with process improvements supported by integrated IT systems (ERP, MES proprietary test systems,  industrial automated equipment)
  • Priori working knowledge as a superuser in using  INFORLN ERP and/or CANSTAR MES will be preferred
  • Preferred 3 years experience as a project manager in managing process change projects in a multi-cultural, cross-border, cross-functional project.
  • Knowledge in financial accounting will be beneficial to support business case analysis
