An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part a high-performing audiology team supporting the Public Sector within the United Kingdom.  


About the role

To deliver on our purpose on making wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, the scope is to increase sales, provide training, technical support, product advice and manage customer accounts in the Public Sector accounts customer base within a predefined geographical area.  

You will be pro-active in targeting prospective new accounts by building closer relationships between the Company, its existing customers and prospective Public Sector customers, maximising sales opportunities with all customers and pro-actively develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.

In providing an overall account management service to Public Sector Account customers, you will working to achieve agreed personal targets in line with company targets and Key Performance Indicators 

This is a challenging and dynamic role that offers the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the latest cutting-edge technology, to understand the development process and to have input into future products. 

About you

We expect you to have the ability to understand and explain technical product information and possess a sales qualification or are working towards one. by Joining Signia you will become part of an team where you can follow the impact of your work and build long-term relationships with your colleagues and stakeholders.

 You should have a strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to learn quickly and explain technical product information along with previous experience in a healthcare, public sector sales role (or similar) and an understanding of the Public Sector

As a person, you are motivated by seeing the results of your work as well as engaging with others to create them. You are robust, diligent, curious and impactful. Your approach is self-starting, and you convincingly engage with the decision makers in the Public Sector arena.

 You most likely fit the following profile:

  • Higher level educational qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare, public sector sales role or similar
  • Demonstrable skills in Interpersonal Communication, Negotiation, Business Acumen, Self Management and Sales Strategy
  • Strong communication skills and strong competencies in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The corporate language is English, and you need to be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
