We are looking for you to fully manage, develop and enhance the resourcing requirements of WS Audiology UK, using our ATS and other recruitment applications in order to create an effective talent pipeline and ensure new hires meet the business requirements. You will also be supporting the Wholesale and Retail business in general Employment Relations across the business and working with the HR Director on HR initiatives.
There will be regular travel required for this role between our offices in Chester, Gatwick and Cornwall and some overnight stays will be required
You will control all WS Audiology UK & Ireland recruitment activity with support from the HR Administrator using an Applicant Tracking System and provide Managers with solid and practical advice on a range of ER issues ensuring compliance in line with company policies and current UK Employment Legislation, as well as supporting the HR Director with ad-hoc HR projects in order to achieve the HR and company strategic goals.
Working with Managers to proactively plan current and future workforce planning needs you will ensure bench-marking is completed for new/existing roles to ensure WSA UK remains competitive in UK & Ireland job market and provide a great journey experience for candidates with WSA UK from initial job search through to on-boarding.
You will ideally have a HR qualification (e.g CIPD) or HR relevant degree and possess solid knowledge of current UK employment legislation and ACAS guidelines.
Experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role with experience using an ATS with experience of sourcing techniques on social media is essential, along with a strong attention to detail, good interpersonal skills and quality written and verbal communications skills.
With your proven experience of dealing with a variety of ER cases whilst maintaining resilience with a pragmatic and positive approach, you will have the ability to embrace change and manage fast changing situations and priorities and work on your own initiative, manage and prioritising your time effectively.
