The Role

Driven by the passion to improve quality of people’s lives, WS Audiology continues to grow as market leader in the hearing aid industry, by bringing innovation and best quality in our products. With our growth ambition, we are looking for a Operation Supervisor.

Based in our office in Ciudad de México you will be tasked to lead and coordinate the demand & supply planning for our business in Mexico. 

Your new role

  • Lead our Order-to-Delivery process
  • Improve operation process. Plan, organize and coordinate different areas (warehouse, laboratory, customer service) for a high-quality service for customers
  • Organize and supervise operations and support areas
  • Take initiative through extensive process analysis to increase the output, minimize costs or optimize process-flows
  • Manage internal and external service suppliers
  • Collaborate with the executive-level management in development of performance goals and long-term operations plans


Your Profile

You as successful candidate will be a process-driven and ambitious individual. You will display strong communication and interpersonal ability to work with people.


Your Experiences

  • Strong experiences in planning and managing operational processes for overall efficiency and productivity
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles with the aim to manage process time and rapidly shifting business demands
  • Very strong interest in logistics, warehouse and operational structures


Your personal competencies

  • Energetic and passionate character
  • Analytical and conceptual ability charactar combined with sound operational skills
  • Ethics, confidence, managing ambiguity and being open to change and learning
  • Passion for quality and efficiency and a strong “can-do” attitude and entrepreneurial drive, extrovert persistence
  • Strong team and communication skills
  • Spanish skill at a native level, good English is a plus
