System Architecture is taking care about high level requirements and concepts considering dependencies of building blocks. This guidance is the input to the development of all parts of the system such as the hearing instruments, fitting software, mobile apps, etc. By its nature, it’s addressing system complexity, performance and interoperability.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Moderating cross-functional feature teams to develop holistic concepts for new functionality
Pushing new ideas and technical feasibility by initiating related forefront projects
Support common understanding by presenting project results within R&D
Maintaining and improving the system engineering tool landscape (e.g. Cameo Systems Modeller, SysML) and methods
Cooperation with many different departments within and stakeholders outside R&D as well as with selected external customers.
You most likely fit the following profile:
University degree in Electronics, Signal Processing, Audiology, Communication Technology or similar
Technical project experience in cross-functional teams for more than 3 years, ideally in leading position
Good methodological knowledge in System Engineering and Modelling
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be confident in English, both verbally and in writing.
