The Team
The System Analyst will be a member of our CRM Wholesale Systems team which is reporting directly to the Head of Sales Service and Marketing Applications. The team is dealing with business stakeholders and end-users in Marketing – Global & in-countries.
The Role
As a System Analyst, you’ll be working with Marketing Cloud, which is a strategic tool for CRM at WSA. Your role will be to maintain and roll out Salesforce globally. In addition, we are having a lot of Marketing tools e.g. DAM to be administered.
It is an opportunity to join our newly-build IT Hub with the possibility to work almost fully remotely – it is required to visit our office in Poznań twice a month.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
Projects
- Work with project and product management to develop the overall implementation solution plan.
- Contribute to the entire development lifecycle of Marketing Cloud as part of CRM: Scoping, design, development, deployment, maintenance/stability.
- Assist and deliver projects using Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Help and lead and contribute to the estimation effort for relevant proposals and/or projects
Change Management
- Perform analysis of business requirements and identify solution designs and
- Lead and coordinate Business requirements and User Accepting Testing workshops
- Assist in developing and executing training for internal employees
Operational Support
- Provide subject matter expertise for Marketing Cloud and other Marketing Tools to identify and recommend workable solutions
- Provide a Level 2 / 3 Support globally, developing high-quality solutions by following coding best practices, code reviews, and providing functional tests.
- First point of contact for Key Users for operational questions
- Lead and participate in production deployment activities of solutions, features and troubleshoot/resolve issues escalated from the production environment.
- Administration of Marketing Clouds
Candidate Profile
You will find success in this role if your experience in creating business workflows in Salesforce, and you know how to manage users within the Salesforce platform. You also need to be highly organized with a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication skills working with both executive teams and individual stakeholders, and have a robust background in the realm of marketing, analytics, and marketing technology.
Experience:
- 3+ years of Salesforce development and administrator experience in a global organization
- Bachelors or similar in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar
- CRM industry knowledge - Particularly Salesforce – Admin preferred
- Knowledge about system integrations, data mapping, and software development principles
- Very good Experience with the latest Web Development Technology (AJAX, HTML5, jQuery, VisualForce)
- Experience in creating template reports & Dashboards in Salesforce, and adapting standard objects and custom objects
- Experience in integration technologies in connection with Salesforce

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with global teams.
- Demonstrated, great work organization, time management skills, and ability to manage several projects at the same time.
