Northern Ontario Audiology Services is an independently owned company that has offices in both Timmins and Kapuskasing. We are looking for a self-motivated clinician that wants to grow with our business. While experience is an asset, we are able to train a new graduate from an accredited audiology or hearing instrument program.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicant must be proficient in English or French

• Applicant must be able to register with CASLPO/AHIP and be eligible to pursue ADP Authorizer status.

• Bilingualism would be an asset

• Hearing testing and hearing aid dispensing experience would be an asset

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Administer and interpret diagnostic audiological tests.

• Conclude the type and degree of hearing difficulty and discuss it with clients. Provide referral recommendations as needed.

• Select, fit, repair and verify appropriate amplification.

• Earmold impressions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
