The Team
This team is part of R&D where two types of software products are developed. One is audiological fitting applications used at hearing care centers to adjust hearing aids. The other is mobile apps for hearing aid users to control their hearing aids and support their lives.
The Role
As a Test Engineer or Tester for Reliability Test Team within System Integration and Test in Erlangen you will be focusing on the reliability testing (RTT) of hearing aid components and final hearing devices. The team consist of a group of highly skilled, dedicated and experienced Testers and Engineers. You will work closely with our global team, Product Managers, Innovation team, Mechanical Design team and many more.
You will report to our Head of System Integration and Test Erlangen.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and execute reliability tests on device and component level
- Evaluate the test results and document them as required for the projects
- Suggest new test-tools, methods and equipment following the quality standards and expert analysis
- Implement the test setup as per the quality standards
- Maintain and calibrate the test and measurement equipment
Requirements

You most likely fit the following profile:
- Successfully completed training as a state-certified technical engineer or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or similar disciplines
- Good analytical skills, structured and reliable in the way you work
- Self-confident and have a can-do attitude, which enables you to work independently
- Setting high standards for yourself and others, and take pride in delivering quality
- High flexibility in working mindset to understand various stakeholder attitudes and priorities
- German language skills desirable
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be confident in English, both verbally and in writing.
