The Team
We are a global team of 40+ employees working with various ERP/MES applications, and our new colleague will join a small informal, experienced and dedicated team located in Lynge, Denmark, supporting our business units in EMEA together with our colleagues in Erlangen, Germany.
Organizationally, our team is anchored in IT Core Systems in Global IT. We are responsible for implementing and managing critical business applications across the entire value chain of WS Audiology.
We are in the early stages of a transformation process where we want to migrate our existing dispersed solution landscape focused on Dynamics AX to a solution map including Infor LN, 3Shape, Camstar and Agile.
The Role
As our new IT Manufacturing Business Analyst, you will be responsible to bridge the gap between IT and Manufacturing and your primary focus will be to have an eye out for, how standard applications can support manufacturing and ensure that these are supported by IT.
You must develop an understanding of our manufacturing processes and the changes they will be going through with a migration to the new systems. After having gathered a thorough understanding of our value chain and current solution landscape, you will work closely with your experienced colleagues to streamline the business processes and prepare for the future system landscape.
You will support our around 200 employees working with manufacturing of our hearing aids at our Lynge site and be involved on different projects, as well as being the one responsible for doing analysis of potential projects yourself. Hence your time will be divided between support, working on change request/smaller projects as well as doing business analysis on new potential projects.
- Daily support for Operation with focus on the Lynge site – gradually be involved in global support and projects
- Business requirements gathering and gap analysis related to change requests and projects
- Process design and optimization, process documentation, test, data conversions, end user training
About You

To summarize, we are hoping to see the following qualifications in you:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master within Engineering or IT
- 2-5 years of professional experience within a production- or consultant company
- Knowledge of manufacturing operations and supply chain management processes
- It would be beneficial if you have experience, working in a validated environment
The corporate language is English, so you need to have professional proficiency in English both verbally and in writing.
