The Team

 The small IT team consisted of 3 team members at Kormoniki, Poland is supporting mainly ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Infor LN, and TMS (Transport Management System) as a part of core systems EMEA team in global IT organization.  Kormorniki, Poland is where WSA EDC (European Distribution Center) is located.  WSA EDC is a stragetically important logistics center that caters huge numbers of direct shipments to customers in over 60 countries inside and outside of Europe. 

The Role

 Our goal is to achieve customer satisfaction via excellence in seamless data integration with customers.  In this role, you'll be supporting customer EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) as well as ERP.

You will report to our EDC/SCM Teamlead. 

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• Interface with internal/extern stakeholders including Customers to address any technical issues related to B2B EDI
• Support and monitor day-to-day operations of B2B EDI, as well as identifying any technical problems with sending/receiving transactions.
• Process and monitor all Inbound and all Outbound documents like (Purchase Orders, Order Acknowledgements, Order Acknowledgement, Advance Ship Notification, Invoicing etc.)
• ERP support for European Distribution Center specific logistics and warehouse management processes, such as replenishment, picking/pack and deliveries and return.
• ERP Support for Vendor direct delivery processes and relevant internal EDI within affiliates

Requirements

 We expect you to have obtained Bachelor's degree or similiar in IT or in Industrial Engineering. Main skill in Data Exchange is certainly a plus point.  Additionally, you are a team player, who engages in constructive discussions with your colleagues and stakeholders. 

You most likely fit the following profile:

• Knowledge in System Messaging Method and protocols, such as WSDL and SOAP etc. 
• Good in Microsoft Office Products 
• Experience in Infor ERP is plus point
• Good knowledge in order to cash process
