You will report directly to our HR Manager
Relationship Internal: Technical Area, Quality Control, Customer Care, Financial, Quality Management, Legal/Complience/Regulatory, Logistics,Marketing, Product and Training, IT, Sales
External Relationship: Suppliers
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment and selection process, profile the vacancy with managers, and publish feedback, prepare with candidates, apply the recruitment process and structure the recruitment process.
Perform people management, managing payroll, admissions, internal movements, vacations, termination, social charges and tax returns and E-Social, in accordance with labor legislation and collective agreement.
Administer the company's benefit plans and programs, controlling and verifying our entire benefit program and sending monthly invoices to the finance department, including apportionments by c/c.
Lead with internal communication and develop content for dissemination in the company's internal newspaper.
Promote quality of life and motivational actions, with events in commemoration of commemorative dates.
Administer outsourced labor contracts and maintain relevant documents for active and inactive employees. Conduct Onboarding programs in order to ensure the reception and integration of new employees.
