HR Business Partner
Our current HRBP for Operations is going on maternity leave and consequently we have a 1 year opening in our amazing team.
As an HR Business Partner in Operations, you will be working on providing direction and moving forward the people agenda for our Operations function in Denmark. You will be creating effective business partnership to managers across Operations and will act as a trusted sparring partner within the HR toolbox.

The HQ HR team at WS Audiology
You will join a HR team in Denmark covering HR Partnering, HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, C&B, L&D and HR Projects. We are a relatively new team filled with energy and a lot of potential for developing the HR function. Furthermore, we all have an enthusiasm to make an impact in the development of the HR organization in one of our headquarters moving forward. You will report to the Senior Director and Head of HR Denmark as part of our EMEA LA-CA organization, supporting employees and managers at our Danish HQ.
This role will work closely together with local HR Business Partners in Denmark and the Global HR Business Partner for Operations, Quality and Procurement.
The Role
In this opportunity being a important cover for our current HR Business Partner cover, you will over the next year or so, support around 400 people in our local Operations function. You will also support two smaller local areas, Procurement and Quality Assurance.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- Championing the HR practices and effectively managing and communicating with local stakeholder groups and employees.
- Tactical and operational deployment of HR partner support to the business area / function covering the site
- Securing resolution of continuous people related topics in close collaboration with local and global business leaders
- Review and oversee performance and talent management and succession planning framework
- Ensure employee leadership & development needs are identified and prioritized to maximize employee potential towards meeting business requirements
- Run yearly HR cycle calendar with key HR processes; Performance & Talent review, Organizational review, employee engagement surveys, manage local culture programs, conduct yearly salary and bonus review
- Take part in optimization projects within HR
What are the background, we are looking for as a HR Business Partner at WS Audiology, you might ask?
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with proven experience in improving business focused HR. Furthermore, as WS Audiology are maturing the HR organization, you should be a skilled “conductor” of change and be able to handle complex relationship management with both academics as well as technically educated stakeholders. You have worked in a unionized setting and are fully knowledgeable about Danish labour laws and collective bargaining setups.
As a person, we are looking for a business partner who can bring a different perspective and believe in it enough to speak up for it.
Furthermore, we imagine that you can recognize yourself in the following:
- You have experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Preferably knowledge from HR working with manufacturing, engineering or technical functions
- Solution and action oriented with solid experience dealing with local HR issues, Danish legal compliance and collective bargaining agreements (Industriens overenskomst)
- Experience interacting with local and global senior executives
- Solid experience across key HR processes
