A bit about the department
Becoming a department of Customer Service & Shipping, you will work across a department cooperating with the entire world. Our department of Customer Service in the HQ in Lynge, has the main contact directly to the distributors and sales companies. The department is overall responsible for creating good communication between customer and the WS Audiology headquarter in Lynge, Denmark.
The overall goal for the department is to place sales orders correctly and confirm orders according to our delivery time and the best possible service and quick, accurate and competent answers to inquires. The department of Customer Service Agents has a continuous focus on process optimizing that contributes to a more efficient flow both internally in the WS Audiology headquarter, sales companies and distributors.
A bit about the role
As our new Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for communicating directly with customers as well as coordinating with relevant departments such as Purchase, Quality, Shipping, Planning as well as Marketing.
- Entering orders and realistic confirmation due to lead time
- Moving order lines with reason codes
- Ensuring rush shipment is approved and sent to production and warehouse
- Enter orders according to customers requirements and instruction – and confirm delivery date in according to lead time and S&OP tools (forecast vs orders)
- Follow up on backorders and notify the customer
- Monitoring of order and item lines in AX
- Maintain dates (order line level) in AX
- Pro-active communication with customers to ensure that they place orders in time
- Credit management
- Complaints processing
- Handling of return goods
A bit about you
You either are eager to try out such a role in a global organization or has done something similar previously. As we are a global company, we would expect you to have a professional proficiency in English as well as in Danish.
Ad advantage would be to have a professional proficiency in Spanish as you will have a large amount of contact with our LATAM region.
