This team is part of Global Digital Platforms Operations where we support Markets/Affiliates (Markets) on multiple platforms and internal customers in relation to our digital presence of our brands, globally.
As an Owner (m/f/d) for Digital Platforms Operations, you will ensure the best possible user experience of our eCommerce systems. You will work closely with internal teams and Markets (some are distributed over multiple geographical locations).
You will report to our Global Director of Digital Platforms Operations.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Communicate consistently and frequently to Management and Stakeholders thorough various channels on the status of the platforms, opportunities for improvement, root cause analysis' and market trends
Manage development teams and vendors to ensure our systems run optimally and provide a superior customer experience and contribute to the development lifecycle for digital platform development
Lead efforts around the topics of Information Security, Hardware/Software Maintenance, and Compliance
As an Owner (m/f/d) for Digital Platform Operations systems, develop and maintain global documentation, process flows and presentations for training and sollutioning
Coordinate business requirements gathering and refining workshops and User Acceptance Testing activities
Establish KPI’s and monitor daily on team, platform, Market adoption, security, hardware performance and adhesion to established protocols, ensuring business requirements are fulfilled
Work with Markets/Stakeholders to support and increase adoption and successful daily operations of Digital Platform Operations systems
Troubleshoot,resolve, perform root cause analysis, and trend all issues, escalate through appropriate channels as needed

Functional experience in Online Customer journies, Workflows or Digital Workplaces, Customer Experience
Knowledge of and, execution experience with eCommerce platforms and CMS such as SiteCore is preferred
Experience with Jira Software and Confluence, or similar software
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be confident in English, both verbally and in writing
German language preferred
University degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar
