This globally distributed team is part of Global IT organization and focuses on delivering solutions around our CRM application landscape. The team provides support, development effort and guidance in the space of Customer Service, Sales and Marketing. Major part of the application portfolio is Salesforce Sales, Service & Marketing Cloud. In addition, the team is also responsible for the systems of Event Management, Sales Enablement & other Marketing systems.
As a Salesforce Solution Architect (m/f/d) for the CRM IT department your main activity will be to take over the ownership of creating solution designs & architecture, translate business requirements into design, communicate and orchestrate the development team for delivering the best solution. In addition you will review and refine User Stories into work packages as well as guide the delivery team throughout the product life cycle and rollout/launches. You would also be expected to implement assigned tasks within the Agile development cycle. You are going to collaborate with all business stakeholder from local in the market to global within Corporate Marketing. You also will communicate and work together with external vendors like Salesforce directly to build the correct solutions.
You will be part of the global team which is distributed across Singapore, Erlangen & New Jersey and report to Head CRM IT
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture - Owning the solution life cycle from requirements to implemented solutions
Program Management - Guiding the transformation by aligning business and technology
Implementation - Implementation of assigned task within the Agile Development cycle
Innovation - Drive innovation within CRM application space
You most likely fit the following profile:
Minimum 2-3 years experience as developper, consultant or an analyst
Project/Program management skills
Soft skills: very good communication, loyal, and teamplayer, stakeholder management
Deep technical understand of the full SFDC cloud stack
Strong agile and innovative mindset
Deep functional knowlege in B2B environment
