The IC Development department with 30+ skilled specialists is responsible for developing analog and digital chips that enables the core functionality of our hearing aids. We have strong focus on working locally within our team in Lynge as well as cross site collaboration with our IC development colleagues in Erlangen, Germany. We also work cross-discipline with other teams in both Denmark, Germany and Singapore. Our day-to-day work is therefore done both in a local as well as in an international setup.

We are looking for a Digital IC Test Engineer with particular focus on wafer test program development and follow up. In this role you will:
- Work closely together with Operations in Lynge preparing a new chip for production on our in-house wafer testers
- Develop, update and optimize as well as maintain wafer tests programs
- Update and maintain relevant test boards and FPGAs
- SystemVerilog coding for FPGA
- Analyze and monitor test results
- Develop test code and perform stand-alone chip test on dedicated boards together with relevant measurements and analysis.
Depending on experience and interests, there can also be opportunities to also work on chip verification. This can include test bench development, test case creation (C/SystemVerilog), debugging and running of regressions.
We expect you to have at least some years of relevant experience (2+) from a similar or related role. Some of the key relevant competences are:
- Experienced in working in a lab environment (use of scope, measurements/analysis, ESD knowledge etc)
- Scripting (bash, perl, Python, awk etc.)
- Programming in C
- FPGA synthesis
- Familiar with working in Linux environment
- Some general board level HW experience is beneficial
- NI/Labview knowledge is beneficial
- Familiarity with programming and use of ATE (Automatic Test Environments) beneficial
- RTL coding (VHDL / Verilog / SystemVerilog)
- Documentation skills in English
We expect you to have a relevant degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
You can work both independently and in a team. You take ownership and initiative, and you are pro-active and innovative in solving your tasks, debugging and root-cause analysis.
