As Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d) for our IT department you will ensure excellent results in the future deliveries and be actively involved in the agile methodology. You will work closely with in-house and external colleagues, work in sprints and work on automation and other projects. Some of them are distributed over multiple geographical locations, for instance Germany, Denmark and India.
You will report to our Head of Digital Platform Development.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
Manage a Team of Q.A Engineers
Responsible in providing QA leadership, advice, guidance and support to the testing team in all testing tasks
Actively participating in company software development life cycle
Resource planning for Sprints
Tracking and ensuring the Sprint deliverables
Leading UAT and Production release activities with transparent-tracking and reporting tools
Setting up automation road-map and other projects (e. g. establishing a test case repository structure) to use the newest technologies
We expect you to have an affinity for Q.A in combination with a very good IT understanding. Additionally, you are a strong communicator that knows when to insist and when to accept a compromise. You are a team player, who seeks design feedback and engage in constructive discussions with your colleagues. Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are part of your strengths.
You most likely fit the following profile:
In the past you worked you already gained Q.A experience, such as (at least 2 years) Q. A Manager, as well as (at least 4+ years) as Q.A engineer or Lead, Automation experience is plus
You have at least 2 years experience in E-Commerce development projects, especially Magento 2
Must have full knowledge of E-Commerce software, Order Life Cycle, Integrations, APIs and MicroServices
Our corporate language is English, so you need to be confident in English, both verbally and in writing.
