We are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join our team looking after independent audiologists, our ideal candidate will be located in the North West or Midlands.
In this role you will ensure that all customers training requirements are met effectively to increase awareness of products and services, and represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations and always project the Company as a market leader and professional organisation.
You will achieve agreed sales targets and develop detailed account management plans for all independent customers by planning, visiting and meeting buying customers on a regular basis as well as identify and plan visits to all non-buying customers.
You will need to understand and act on market changes as they occur and keep up to date with product knowledge including audiological detail and ensure that independent customers are aware of all products available to them.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in an audiology or healthcare sales background or significant business development experience and be used to working in a fast paced, target driven environment.
