A bit about us
You will become part of our software team in R&D, working on our B2B solutions, meaning the SW solutions that our hearing care professionals work with, every single day. The team is multinational and located across 4 locations in Europe and consists of software developers, audiologists and UX designers.
A bit about the role
In the role as Software Product Manager (m/f/d), your role will be to define the SW products that the development team is going to build, specifically for our B2B solutions.
The product is part of a bigger solution that involves HW devices and other software systems and it is therefore important, that you see the role of the product in the bigger solution and are able manage expectations with stakeholders in the other systems in the solution as well as stakeholders in our marketing 0department and amongst our customers.
It will be your responsibility, together with two other software product managers and the SAFe program team, to own and continuously update the feature backlog for the product based on the input from the various stakeholders.
Furthermore, it will lie upon you to ensure that the team reaches the right ambition level as well as keep them motivated to ensure the development of great solutions.
You must also be able to contribute to improvements of our processes and our way of working, for the team to continuously improve and become better at what we are doing.
In the software team, we work in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) with an international project team located at different sites and in different countries.
A bit about you
We are looking for a candidate with good experience as a Software Product Manager. Experience in the hearing aid industry is an advantage but not a requirement, but experience in SW Product Management is key.
You do not necessarily have a technical background, but you must be able to understand and discuss technical problems as well as be able to navigate in a stakeholder landscape with many different profiles, including domain- and technical specialists.
You must be able to prioritize the features and communicate about the features to stakeholders and the development team.
To put it more precisely, we hope you can recognize yourself in the following:
- +5 years of documented experience as software product manager
- Experience with market engagement in a digital product
- It is an advantage with knowledge about development of medical devices
- It is an advantage if you have worked in a Scaled Agile Framework
- Professional proficiency in English, verbally and in writing
Furthermore, you have good communication skills and have the notion that through communication and stakeholder management, you will be able to achieve more.
Furthermore, you have a structured approach to your work and balance details with the focus on the overall overview.
