The Team
To deliver on our purpose of making wonderful sound part of everyone’s life, we are strengthening our capabilities with an additional passionate and purpose-inspired team player in the Research & Development Program Level of Mobile Apps and other Products in the B2C Department.
The Role
As Software Program Manager/ Portfolio Manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Research & Development team and here you will join the B2C management team with being the lead coordinator for different product streams, representing the project progress of the B2C roadmap to the R&D leadership team.
In this role you will have the following responsibilities:
- Brainstorm strategies for meeting business needs
- Oversee budget and resources for different projects
- Manage coordination and communication between different R&D departments and the different areas within B2C
- Represent B2C in governance forums for different HA programs and monitor compliance by different projects against Program Plans
- Discuss results and findings with the executive leadership forums like PLM
- Assess risks and take preventive and corrective measures
- Provide guidance to project managers
- Prepare detailed reports for the management
Requirements
You most likely fit the following profile:
- You have 5+ years experience in managing larger software projects in an international environment, particularly in the medical and technical area
- You have completed your university studies with a master degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable subject
- You have a leadership personality with great presentation skills
- You are result-oriented with focused to our mission and business
- You are familiar with the agile values and have working experience in large scale agile software projects in an agile framework, in combination with a good understanding on PLM process
- You have advanced communication skills in written and spoken English
