The Role
You are bored to do PowerPoint or Excel. You really want to do groundbreaking Innovation – Just join the Future Lab.
As part of our team at Global Innovation within R&D, you are a keystone for driving innovation activities across the globe. To highlight some of these activities: we are orchestrating the innovation management, run multiple forefront projects, scouting for technologies & start-ups, as well as building an innovation culture within WS Audiology. The team works very closely with our global headquarters in both Singapore and Denmark.
Your area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
- Hands-on prototyping and development of proof of concepts for new ideas. If you like - make your hands dirty with App programming, rapid prototyping and new hearing aid demonstrators
- Technology and start-up scouting
- Global ideation campaigns
- Technology benchmarking and competitor analysis
- Support and learn how the innovation process works in a big corporate
- Support for the administration and further development of our global innovation platform
Requirements
Are you the right talent? - The following profile corresponds to you:
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) with a major in (industrial and electro-acoustic) engineering, innovation management, business administration or related courses
- Knowledge of software programming skills such as Mobile app prototyping (iOS and/or Android) is an advantage
- Knowledge of IFTTT (Smarthome) integration for services, apps and devices is an advantage
- Knowledge of simple hardware skills such as hand soldering and electrotechnics is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
