The Team

This team is part of R&D where we are developing a cloud-based application used by Hearing Care Professionals to help serve their patient's needs. We want to strengthen our development team with an additional leader. We use the SAFe framework to organize our development activities.

The Role 

We are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) with personnel responsibility to lead a team of 5-10 developers, architects and test engineers in an international scrum team setup.

You will report to our head of B2B software development Germany.

In this role you will have the following responsibilities:

• You develop and motivate your team members. You recruit and assign the right people to the right roles.
• You continuously improve best practices in an agile setup. You cultivate a self-organizing engineering culture by empowering highly effective scrum teams
• You define the mission and vision of your team in alignment with your peers and manager.
• Together with your team, you bring the upcoming projects to a successful conclusion with sustainable high quality 

Requirements

You most likely fit the following profile:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems/Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience
• Experienced in managing highly skilled people, ability to lead, mentor and motivate in a multi-cultural and distributed team setup
• Profound working experience in big cloud based projects, using agile methods
• Effective and target-oriented team player with very good communication and presentation skills
• Experience in medical product development or similar areas with strong regulations (optional)
• Proficiency in English (required), German (optional)

Our corporate language is English, so you need to be confident in English, both verbally and in writing.
