- You keep your agile tool box up-to-date and love to share your knowledge with peers and other employees in trainings and CoPs (communities of practice). Team borders are no limit!
- You help us develop a plan how to on-board and coach new Scrum Masters and agile facilitators in their new role
- With your agile mind set you live agile values by example and encourage your team to experiment and grow with these values and principles
- Together with employees and leaders you develop organizational and process improvements to change and strengthen our company culture
