Website UI/UX Designer
Do you want to work with UX/UI with a real purpose? Then come join us as our new UI/UX Designer, working with our websites to ensure the future- and current hearing aid users will get just the right experience in order to help them unlock their potential when living with a hearing loss.
What you will do
The UI/UX designer collaborate closely with other team members inside Digital Marketing to drive website product discovery processes, qualify features and ensure our interfaces and flows are smart, polished, and empathetic to the needs of our audiences.
As a designer at WSA you will be driving the experience of our next generation websites, creating both disruptive concepts and essential incremental changes. You will work closely with our development teams with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, testers, and Audiologists.
- Understand user needs together with Business Owners, Website Managers and Product Owners
- Continually educate the wider business of the value of UX design
- Drive solution discovery to bring user friendliness to our multiple brand websites
- Create mock-ups, wireframes, and design to enable user testing
- Contribute to our Design Systems
What you bring
We hope to see one user-centered designer with an eye for strong visuals and smart user journeys. You are a team player, who seeks design feedback and engages in constructive discussions with colleagues. Furthermore, creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude are part of your strengths.
You most likely can recognize, you in the following profile:
- Education in UI/UX Design, Human Factors, Service Design, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience as a UX designer
- Full UX toolbox with knowledge of wireframing, prototyping and user testing
- Knowledge of Universal Design and accessibility standards
- Strong experience with UI design tools
- A portfolio showcasing UI/UX and visual design, with a focus on solving complex problem
- The corporate language is English, so you need to have professional proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to proactively solicit feedback from team members to continually raise our standards and foster a system of transparent and collaborative design
