About us
As our new Global In-store Content & Trade Marketing Manager, you will get the opportunity for a key role in the WS Audiology Marketing Retail organization as being part of developing and implementing the global in-store marketing retail strategy across 18 markets. This position offers a chance to drive profound impact in a leading and truly global organization. You will work closely with the extended Retail team, the Product brand team in HQ and with the markets. The position is located in our HQ in Lynge (Greater Copenhagen)
The role
We are looking for a passionate individual with good Communication and Retail experience; someone who thrives in an environment, where things move fast, and who is attentive to details while keeping the overall vision in focus. We are searching for someone experienced in developing in-store content, an expert in finding the right balance between visuals and wording to get the key messages and vision through. You will have an integral part in the launch of our new products and campaigns in store, ensuring a 360-consistency with other marketing initiatives (incl. digital).
Your area of responsibility will look something like the following:
- Develop and implement our in-store communication strategy
- Create tailored and content for digital and physical tools to maximize the in-store experience and support the sales of hearing aids
- Bring products and stories to life in-store in an inspiring and innovative way
- Be the in-store Retail brand guardian. Establish and sustain a strong and coherent visual language and content in all in-store tools
- Consolidate feedback post campaign and launch implementations to identify best-in-store practices and to improve future campaigns and product launches
Key tasks include
- Owning the creative development process of the in-store content: creating, testing, reviewing, and in-store execution
- Developing content assets in close collaboration with the Retail in-store transformation team, the Product brand team, the campaign team and the retail Operation teams to ensure that the content developed supports the customer journey and the different merchandising scenarios
- Developing comprehensive POS campaign and product launch guidelines for the regions
- Adapting and reskinning the Product launch campaign to Retail (online & offline material)
Your profile
You have great enthusiasm for impact and you proactively take lead on driving tasks. You are capable of not only identifying the right solution, but also of implementing it. You set high expectations for yourself, and you prefer working in an environment where this is a common understanding. You understand the dynamics of a setup with HQ and local markets, and you can travel globally for approximately 20 days per year.
- Minimum of 5-8 years-experience in trade marketing including development of content development for digital and physical tools
- Experience with a Retail environment and support of these
- Deep understanding of the consumer journey in store and what it takes to improve traffic and conversion
- Solid marketing experience with complex products (technical, medical or banking products)
- Good content marketing and copywriting skills
- Experience in developing creative briefs for external partners, in providing feedback to suppliers and in suggesting alternatives in order to keep on with budget and timelines
- Combined experience from both global and subsidiary roles is a plus
- Good stakeholder management skills, ideally with demonstrated experience from a global environment
- Ideally native English–speaking (Danish is not a requirement)

You are structured organized person, with good prioritization and time management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are able to navigate in ambiguity, you are open to change and to learn, and you value feedback.
You are a team oriented person with an open and outgoing personality and a high level of energy who is able to address leaders of all levels and with different personalities. You have a high aesthetic sense, attention to detail and consistency, as well as sense of responsibility. You easily express your thoughts and conceptual ideas through visual references.
