What you will do

• Full time Product owner for two Embedded SW development SCRUM teams in a SAFe inspired environment
• Interface function to other agile roles, as well as to stakeholders from Embedded SW or other disciplines
• Evaluation and prioritization of technical and business requirements in complex environments
• Building and maintaining the teams’ backlogs
• Sprint and PI planning
• Coordination and alignment with other teams

What you bring

Experience 

• PhD/Master/Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, physics, or any other relevant discipline
• >3 years of SCRUM Product Owner experience in an environment with multiple SCRUM teams
• SCRUM Product Owner certification, i.e. SAFe POPM, CSPO, PSPO, or similar
•  Embedded Software development experience & good understanding of Embedded Systems would be an added advantage
• Experience in SCRUM scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum@Scale, LeSS, Nexus, SAFe)
• Experience with Agile Planning with Azure DevOps Server or similar systems

Personal competencies 

• Proven communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with cross site collaborations and international teams
• Good writing and speaking skills in English and German
