During the semester, you will gain hands-on experience in exploring user behavior and motivations through field studies, interviews, diary studies, participatory workshops, surveys and log analysis. You will take part in the discovery and development of new services, ensuring that we remain on top of consumer and customer needs.
Responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing research activities with the team
- Facilitating activities with hearing care professionals and hearing aid wearers
- End user recruitment and database management
