Student Assistant, Commercial Excellence

Do you thrive in a highly international environment working cross-functionally to meet business needs? Then you may be our new Student Assistant for our Global Commercial Excellence team.
What you will do
As a Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of the global commercial organization, and you will be supporting our global commercial teams on various strategic, tactical, and operational projects.
Personal and professional development are a priority for us. You will learn on the job, be given guidance by knowledgeable colleagues and constantly receive constructive feedback to continuously develop your capabilities. We expect you to structure your work time in close dialogue with your manager, all while granting a high degree of autonomy and flexibility for your deliverables. As such we aim to enable you to excel both at your education and at WSA.
On aggregate, you can expect a workload of around 10-20 hours pr. week with flexibility around exams and vacations. The position is located in Lynge with some flexibility to also work from home.
You will be given a position in which you are involved global projects, allowing you to work closely with experienced colleagues who can help to take your stakeholder management and strategic understanding to the next level.
- Co-develop the Global Marketing Operating Model.
- Support creation and execution of Global Sales and Marketing initiatives.
- Co-develop tools, concepts and workshops related to Sales and Marketing excellence.
- Support the team with other value adding projects and ad hoc tasks.
What you bring
- A Bachelor or Master student in either Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Digital Health, Engineering or similar (min. 12 months left of your studies)
- Equipped with previous experiences from internships or student assistant positions
- Analytical, structured, and with a can-do attitude, which enables you to work independently
- Fluent in English (written and verbally), proficiency in Danish is not required
- Proficient in (and solid experience with) Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Additionally, we expect that you set high standards for yourself and others, and that you take pride in delivering quality work. Curiosity and a willingness to learn about commercial excellence is a given – as is a sense of humor and excitement about working in an ambitious team.
